GROSS!!!

I was busy on TUE taking my ENG class, my husband was on dinner duty. He decided to make a nasty recipe he learned on boats...certainly not one I have EVER made...eggs and SPAM....ughhh! Then our daughter thought adding green to the eggs would be good because it was Dr. Seuss' birthday AND it's St. Patrick's day this month. (I had some leftover moose roast on good bread with too many jalapenos, NOT what they ate)

  1. I'd go for green eggs and ham, but spam...only if I was starving in the most literal sense of the word. Only famine can bring to me consider spam.
Thanks for making me "dinner" last night, that Gerry should market his likkah.

  2. Our local Grocery chain (HEB) added food coloring to the bread in their bakery last year. They made rainbow bread. It was delicious if you closed your eyes, but I couldn't get past the color. Some foods just weren't made to be colored.

  4. hahah! I am all about this! When I was a kid, I was all about dropping some food coloring into whatever I was making! Purple pancakes, blue oatmeal, yep, green eggs too! (actually, I still do this.) Spam, I'm not going to lie, I love it. I just never eat it because it's not exactly healthy. Green eggs and spam...YUM!

  5. I'm with ya Liz ! The only thing better than a fried spam sandwich, is a fried bologna, egg, & cheese sandwich with mayo! It's one of those Southern delicacies you are born to! Hope everyone who is sick with the plague feels better soon!!
