Why is it the Store-That-Shall-Not-Be-Named??

This is why!!
It is expensive and we get tired of it.

  1. I thank the fact that I only have one kid and no husband to feed. And I don't party down quite as fantastically as you do.

  2. I'm...I'm aghast! Are your groceries made of gold?

  3. Just regular food. Not much prepackaged junk. Although we did go to the buffet 2x and had 7 get-together I think Alena & I counted. That's a big chuck! I bought spices from Penzey's and I get my organic produce weekly, which I do believe IS made of gold :)
This includes $300 for school lunches too..scary to see it in print!

  4. OMG! I was actually thinking of relocating, but there is no way with these kind of prices! I came out of walmart today screaming because I had to pay $23.00 for a ham! A small ham! Right now I'm feeling like I got a great deal!

  5. hey zoo, just get a job with housing and then it's OK to pay that much....if you have to pay rent/mortgage AND utilities and for food too, that sucks! I have a big family and lots of people over every weekend and we went out to the Grand a few times. This includes $300 for school lunches too!
    We're extreme --I guess?
BUT I don't buy meat very often --we have 2 freezers full of moose, salmon, crab and halibut

  6. OMG Mel! But, if we put down everything we spend on food, eating out, Starbucks, etc. it would be much more than we think we spend. There is a cost to living in paradise though.
