Moose's Tooth --FINALLY!! (Part 1 of the longest day ever)

Kodiak was looking gorgeous this morning, isn't the typical that it improved when I left??
Poor sick kid has another cold. She can't go to her volleyball match, but took a picture so I could see her in the uniform they let her borrow.

Gyro pizza ----yummmmmy! Any who has power at any restaurant in Unalaska that serves Gyros AND pizza.....hint hint.....it's so delicious!

Blackened chicken cesear, I took half off already, it was prettier when it was served.

Heather and I have been taking pics together for over 25 years my kids swear we resemble one another ????

I've been meaning to go to this restuant, Moose's Tooth since JAN but all of my trips through ANC have been not long enough (making a connection only) or canceled sick kid and the stupid volcano. I had a nice layover today, we got some wheat-free food, a few clothes, a dress and shoes for my daughter's piano recital...I'd be in trouble if I didn't find those....I think I did good, she should be pleased. I hear the weather is good at home, horray!!

  2. Man that pizza looks good. The salad does to.So glad you are getting to head home and rest before work.
Do you know when you will be leaving on vacation? I have something I want to get to you. Sorry to hear your daughter is sick and had to miss her volleyball match but she looks cute in the uniform.
You know that old saying about bad things happen in threes, kid's old apartment has mold and is being cleaned, so her stuff came here, her new place has a big leak and she can't move in, so guess what I not only am housing all her belongings, but her dog (which is not very bright the dumb thing likes to push 40 pound cinder blocks with his nose then whines because his nose hurts, I also have her car and truck parked in my back yard, she comes and goes all hours of the day and night, and wondrous of joy the kid for the next month. Sigh, I may break that annoying cell phone of hers it never stops going off. I am taking up consuming large amounts of alcohol LOL Man this is going to be a long long long month.

  5. Funny funny Kim. They serve yummy salads, delicious pizza and a few other things. I don't like beer, but I guess they have a bunch. Everyone wears tye-die and are very nice and sort of a relaxed-hippy atmosphere is the best way I can describe it...but at the same time clean and fast, delicious and always packed!

The have another restaurant in downtown ANC, Bear Tooth Theatre and Pub....you get to eat yummy healthy-style burritos etc. and beer, root beer or fancy coffees while in a theater with a movie playing --it's heaven!
